All senior management at SpatialAge has
the expertise and experience of more than 25 career
years in the telecommunications and utilities industries.
This extensive knowledge reaches into every department
and throughout the company’s managers and staff,
who have grown with the company and the industry. SpatialAge
has had the opportunity to develop and implement programs
and projects for the industry for over thirty years.
We all have an implementation focus - not on slick presentations
and “pie-in-the-sky” promises - but with
our feet firmly on the ground. We are both willing and
able to be responsible for making your solutions work
effectively in your computing and operational environment.
N. Allen Robertson (Allen)
President, SpatialAge Solutions Division
Allen was one of the first employees of Byers Engineering
Company, starting with the firm in 1971. He has managed
both the firm's Records and Engineering Services divisions,
becoming the President of the Engineering division in
1984. While managing the Engineering Services division,
Allen diversified the company's business lines by adding
underground locating to the firm's catalogue of service.
When this unit, now known as UtiliQuest, was spun off
in 1998, Allen became President and CEO of the new entity,
leading it to its standing as the largest and most profitable
such company in the nation, with annual revenues of
more than $100 million and 1,800 employees in 17 states.
As SpatialAge Solutions division President,
Allen oversees the management of client relations, technical
services and product development, and is responsible
for the division's financial performance.
Allen has earned a BIE degree from Georgia Tech and
an MBA from Georgia State. He has served on numerous
boards at Georgia Tech, including a term as President
of the Georgia Tech Alumni Association.
Joseph Giuliano
Vice President, Data Services
Joe Giuliano, as Vice President of Data Services, has
direct oversight for all aspects of Byers records maintenance
and conversion processes for the SpatialAge
Solutions Division.
Joe began his career at Byers in 1983, and has had
many responsibilities at the company, including technical
services, data conversion, product development, and
sales. He started out at Byers writing requirements
and technical specifications for software systems and
conversion projects. In 1988, when Joe became Technical
Services Director, his duties expanded to include heading
up software development for Byers Map Viewer and managing
support, training, and documentation.
Because Joe had always been heavily involved with new
client projects, from development through initiation
and support, it was a strategic decision for him to
head up the Data Services team to put true service expertise
up front. As the Vice President of Data Services, Joe
brings his experience and vision to his new role. He
believes that SpatialAge has the practical
service solutions and the large dedicated services staff
necessary to support the new business-driven environment
that the utilities and telecommunications industry is
facing.
Joe received a joint BA degree in pre-medicine and
Anthropology in 1978 from George Washington University
and an MA in Anthropology from Pennsylvania State University
in 1982.
