| At the heart of the project design process is the development
of an “expert work session,” which has Knowledge
Mapping at its core. We base an expert work session
on a source record analysis that determines the best
combination of manual and digital sources to meet the
client’s requirements. We design a prototype work
session, which our technicians then test. Following
a design review, we fine-tune and document software
and procedures based on techniques recommended by these
expert technicians.
In developing an expert work session, we rely on the expertise
of knowledgeable technicians and use intelligent software rather
than inexperienced labor and assembly line techniques. Our technicians
average five years of industry experience.
