TELUS facilities now fit on the land base that was developed as part of an integrated cadastral initiative revolving around a partnership between British Columbia's major utilities, provincial government ministries and crown corporations, and local government. As a separate award in preparation for this project, Byers was selected to write the conversion and migration specification that was ultimately incorporated into the Request for Proposal that went out to a select number of vendors.
