Product Overview
One of the most powerful design tools available, Engineering
Work Order (EWO) increases engineering productivity
by automating many engineering processes and eliminating
data reentry. EWO maintains the master network model
through the work order process. Each time an engineer
designs a work order, it is validated and posted back
to the master model, keeping the network model current
and clean for all users.
Managing Multiple Users
EWO incorporates an "optimistic concurrency" model that allows any
number of engineers to access the same area. Two levels of notification
are provided that alert users if one set of changes conflicts with
another.
